Everyone loves ranch flavor and it’s great on chicken.

Easy Grilled Ranch Chicken
Grilled chicken makes a healthy dinner for a family dinner.
The marinade keeps the chicken from drying out.
You can use the leftovers for gyros or tacos, two meals in one.
– 2 lb boneless chicken
– 1 c buttermilk
– 1/3 c olive oil
– 2 tbsp hot sauce
– 1 oz Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
– 2 tbsp Rosemary
– salt & pepper
Cut your chicken breasts into even sized pieces.
Marinate the chicken with seasonings and buttermilk. Allow to rest 30 min to overnight.
Drain the chicken and thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
Cook on the grill for 3-5 minutes then flip and cook an additional 3-5 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chicken pieces).
When cooking with chicken breasts, you’ll get the best results if you let them come to room temperature before cooking. This will take about 30 minutes.
