Potatoes, veggies and chicken or turkey, but in a galette

Use Chicken or Turkey
– 3 tablespoon butter
– 1 cup onion chopped
– 2 cups baby potatoes
– 1 clove garlic minced
– 1 teaspoon thyme dried
– 4 tablespoons flour
– 1 cup chicken stock
– ⅓ cup cream
– 1 ½ cups corn
– 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 Pie Crust
Step 1
Cook the potatoes.
Cook the potatoes with onions and garlic.

Thicken.
Add cream, broth and a little flour.

Roll out a pie crust.
Add the filling to the center of a pie crust.

Shape.
Fold the crust around the filling and brush with cream and bake.
