Rotisserie chicken or roast your own

Light creamy sauce

– pasta – chicken breasts –  herbes de Provence – chicken broth –  cream – lemon zest and juice – cayenne pepper – parsley

Cut up rotisserie chicken or roast your own

Step 1

Boil pasta in salted water and drain.

Step 2

Simmer cream with lemon until slightly thick & add chicken and pasta.

Step 3

Squeeze lemon over the top before serving
