Tender brisket

Creamy Mac & cheese

Great to feed a crowd

– brisket – onion  – garlic  – beef broth  –red wine – tomato paste –  dry mustard

– butter – flour – half and half –evaporated milk – white cheddar  – mozzarella  – monterey jack  – macaroni  – fresh thyme – dry mustard

Cook brisket in a slow cooker and shred

Step 1

Make a red wine sauce

Step 2

Add the meat and then place in the bottom of a casserole dish

Step 3

Make a cheese sauce and add cooked pasta

Step 4

Add to the top of the brisket

Step 5

Add cheese to the top and bake

Step 6

A great meal to feed a crowd
