Make ahead

With or without frosting

– milk – butter  – sugar – active dry yeast  – flour – baking powder – baking soda –  salt – FILLING – butter – cinnamon – sugar – brown sugar


Step 1

Make a simple yeast dough and let it rise

Step 2

Punch it down

Step 3

Roll out the dough and add the filling

Step 4

Roll and slice

Step 5

Bake until golden brown

Step 6

Frost or serve with butter


You can make the dough the night before and  bake in the morning.
