Melt-in-your-mouth yeast dough with sweet apples and pecans made in a muffin tin

Step 1

Add the filling. Make a yeast dough and let it rise, then roll it out and add butter, sweet apples, pecans and cinnamon & sugar

Form into a long strip. Cut the dough into strips and stack them on top of one another

Cut into squares. Cut each strip into rectangles and then cut in half.

Step 4

Let it rise. Place each square into a muffin cup and let rise before baking.

Bake. When golden brown remove from the oven.

Step 6

Top with frosting. Make a caramel cream cheese frosting to pour over the top.
