Peach Cake with  Cinnamon Streusel

Level up your brunch with this coffee cake!

The cake is so moist and uses fresh peaches.

You can make it ahead

SOOOOO much streusel to enjoy in each bite.

Streusel – Flour – Brown sugar – Sugar – Cardamom – Cinnamon – Pecans – Butter

Step 1

Mix up that delicious streudel! Set it aside until the batter is ready. 

Step 2

Recommend a spring form pan but a round baking dish will work. Add your batter. 

Step 3

Slice the peaches and place them on top of the batter in a pretty way. 

Step 5

Now you get to add the pecan streusel. 

Step 6

Bake for 50 minutes and let cool on a rack for about an hour.

Coffee cake doesn’t do great in the fridge, it will dry out. Best to freeze what you don’t eat.
