Let the dough rise. Just one rise in a warm place.

Cut the dough into strips. This recipe makes 36 rolls so you'll have enough for everyone, or some for later!

Roll each strip. Roll them into a snail so that they get nice and fluffy.

Place them in a roll. Put each roll next to each other on a baking sheet. You'll have 4 long strips of 9 rolls each.

Bake until golden. Then brush each with butter and flaky salt.
