IChoose your berries.
Any type will do, or mix and match, you can also use frozen.
Make the filling.
Cream cheese, butter, lemon and sugar make a scrumptious filling.
Add the filling down the middle, top with berries and cut slits down the side.
Criss cross the strips.
Wrap the strips of pastry across the filling.
Looks hard, but it's easy.

Top with sugar.
Brush an egg white over the top and add sugar and bake.
Bake until golden.
Let it cool and then top with powdered sugar.
