Marsala adds a rich flavor
– 4 chicken breasts

– salt and pepper
– ½ teaspoon dried oregano
– olive oil
– 4 ounces prosciutto
– 8 ounces mushrooms
– 2 cloves garlic minced
– ½ cup marsala wine
– ½ cup chicken stock
– 2 tablespoons butter
– parsley
Step 1
Cook the chicken.
Set the chicken aside and cook mushrooms, prosciutto and garlic.

Add chicken broth and then chicken back to the pan.
