They were affordable, familiar, and simply part of growing up. Fast-forward to today, and many kids look at these same foods with confusion, or outright horror. Changing tastes, new nutrition rules, and social media trends have turned once-normal staples into curiosities. Here are foods that felt completely ordinary back then but seem strange to kids now.
