By the middle of the week, I started realizing just how much easier life felt when I let my crockpot decide dinner for a week. No stressing over what to cook, no piles of dirty pans—just toss in some ingredients, walk away, and come back to something warm and comforting. It was part experiment, part lazy-week survival tactic, and honestly, it surprised me how much variety came out of that slow cooker. Let’s just say my kitchen and my sanity both got a much-needed break.
