    It’s kind of wild to think about how quickly food trends change, one decade something’s a dinner table staple, and the next it’s barely on menus anymore. Some of those classics we grew up with are quietly fading from kitchens, and it feels like a little piece of tradition is going with them. When American dishes are slipping away, it’s more than just recipes disappearing, it’s stories, memories, and the comfort of familiar flavors we don’t see as often.
