Need a party snack in a hurry? These dill pickle Triscuit appetizers come together in just 10 minutes with nothing more than crackers, cheese, and pickles. The oven crisps the crackers, softens the pickles, and melts the cheese into the easiest little bite you’ll ever make.

The 10-Minute Appetizer You’ll Actually Make

Sometimes the easiest recipes are the ones that stick with you. These little bites were my husband’s favorite growing up, and they’ve remained a go-to in our house for quick snacks or last-minute party trays.

You only need five minutes of prep and five minutes of baking, and suddenly you’ve got a tray full of tangy, salty, cheesy little crisps. Set them out with some zesty chex mix and some creamy raspberry dip your ready for any type of gathering.

Colby Jack is my favorite here because it melts smoothly but still has flavor, though cheddar or almost any cheese works. My husband only will eat them with dill pickles, but bread and butter pickles are my favorite. The red pepper flakes add just the right kick if you want some heat.

They’re fun as a game-day snack, an easy appetizer before dinner, or even a late-night bite when you’re craving something crunchy and briny.

3 Simple Ingredients for Baked Triscuit Snacks

You only need three ingredients to make this simple appetizer. Don’t forget to check the recipe card for the measurements. Red pepper flakes are optional.

Assembling These Pickle and Cheese Crackers

    Step One: Stack the Layers

Make extra: Make a double or triple batch for parties.

Nine square Dill Pickle Triscuit Appetizer crackers are arranged in three rows on a parchment-lined baking sheet with a light gray background. The crackers are evenly spaced and have a woven texture.

    Add the pickle slices.
Sliced marbled Colby Jack cheese on a brown cutting board, with a wooden-handled knife resting nearby—perfect for assembling a Dill Pickle Triscuit Appetizer. The cheese is cut into both long strips and smaller square pieces.
    Slice the cheese into squares.
A baking sheet lined with parchment paper holds square wheat crackers topped with melted yellow and white cheese, and some feature pickle slices underneath, making it a tasty Dill Pickle Triscuit Appetizer.
Lay each square on top of the pickle slices and bake.
