When you need an appetizer that tastes amazing but takes less time than finding your serving platter, this Raspberry Cream Cheese Dip delivers every time. Just two ingredients, come together into something that always disappears first at the party. Whether it’s a potluck, game night, or last-minute gathering, this dip is the definition of effortless crowd-pleasing.

A white dish with a block of goat cheese covered in dark berry sauce sits next to a knife. Behind it, a tray is filled with round toasted bread slices, perfect for enjoying with this raspberry cream cheese dip.

2-Ingredient Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip

Sometimes a friend shares a recipe that becomes a mainstay at every gathering, and this is that Raspberry Cream Cheese Dip for me. Creamy, tangy cheese topped with a sweet-smoky raspberry chipotle sauce looks elegant but comes together in 5 minutes. It’s the perfect easy appetizer to bring along to a potluck or to serve when neighbors drop by.

You only need two ingredients, but the flavor is unforgettable. You get the tang and creaminess of the cheese, the berry sweetness, and a whisper of smoky heat from the chipotle that lingers but doesn’t overwhelms.

If you’re new to raspberry chipotle sauce, you’ll find it in the condiment aisle, sometimes near the barbecue sauces or jams. You can use any brand you like, you just want the sweet and smoky flavor. The chipotle adds a subtle warmth, not a lot of spice, so it’s friendly for all ages.

This is also a forgiving recipe. If you don’t have crackers, thinly sliced toasted baguette or even sturdy pita chips work well.

I keep a bottle of the raspberry sauce in the pantry to have on hand when I need an appetizer in a hurry. Serve this with some Cheesy Triscuit pickle snacks, they couldn’t be easier and they add a nice contrasting flavor.

A hand holds a toasted bread slice topped with melted cheese and tomato sauce, with a dish of baked cheese, sauce, and raspberry cream cheese dip in the background.

    Simple Shopping List

You only need two ingredients plus a vessel for serving the dip. Don’t forget to check the recipe card for the measurements, though.

A bottle of roasted raspberry chipotle sauce, a package of Philadelphia original cream cheese, and a container of toasted baguette slices await to create a delicious raspberry cream cheese dip on a light gray surface.

Assembling the Dip (It’s Almost Too Easy)

Step One: Soften and Plate the Cream Cheese

A block of cream cheese on a white plate, perfect for making a delicious raspberry cream cheese dip, with a jar of raspberry preserves partially visible in the top right corner.
Place the block of softened cream cheese on a small serving platter or shallow bowl. If you like, use a spatula to smooth the edges or shape it into a mound.

Step Two: Top with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

A block of raspberry cream cheese dip topped with raspberry sauce sits on a white plate, surrounded by a knife and toasted bread slices. A piece of bread is dipped into the creamy spread. A gray napkin lines the tray underneath.
Pour the raspberry chipotle sauce generously over the cream cheese. Surround with your choice of crackers or toasted baguette slices for dipping.

Make it prettier: Add a sprinkle of finely chopped fresh herbs, a few extra raspberries, or a handful of toasted pecans for color and crunch.
