    Some nights, I truly cannot be bothered to cook anything complicated—and that’s when the lazy dinners I rely on more than I’d like to admit come to the rescue. They’re fast, forgiving, and still taste like I put in way more effort than I actually did. Whether it’s a throw-it-in-the-oven situation or a one-pan lifesaver, these meals are pure survival mode magic. Honestly, having a few of these lazy dinners in my back pocket has saved me from ordering takeout more times than I can count.
