    It’s funny how meals that once showed up on our tables week after week have practically vanished without a trace. Looking back, it makes me wonder how did these dinners disappear from family menus so quickly. Some of them were total crowd-pleasers, others maybe a little quirky, but all of them tell a story about the way we used to eat.
